Enhancement: Add URLS, internal connections, and status icons to history header

Use cases

Sharing involves links, and is a distinctly useful feature of Galaxy. Including those associations in an accessible, and integrated, view directly on primary artifacts would be useful and alert users that these connections exist. History tags are super useful .. but don't really link things together outside of the Data > History view. Siloed.

General

• I want to capture the share link already created for a history quickly. 🔗 icon
• I want to share or unshare quickly. Add in 🔒 with a tool tip*?
• I want to change the status from private/shared/published. 📜 with a tool tip*?
• I want to know if history is shared with other people by account email. 🫂 w tool tip*
• Discussion point: I'm following a GTN tutorial and adding in the URL to the comments (as a reminder) is NOT converted to a hyperlink. Recognize text and convert to 🎓 ? Could be more than one..
• Discussion point: I want to associated other links that are known public Galaxy properties: Hub, Github, Ghelp, Matrix

Histories

• Other histories related to this history. Common tags?
• Could be history links at other UseGalaxy servers (not tag based, but user entered)

Workflows or Workflow Invocations

• I want to know that this history is associated with a WF invocation (reverse of WF inv link to a history)
• I want to associate a workflow with a history.
  • Maybe several WFs.
  • Provide an :flowchart: icon that redirects to the Workflow listing view (same as if clicked on masthead) but pre-filtered
• Have workflow connections automatically populated if they wrote output to that history
  • definitely for histories created via "send output to new history"
