Vertical alignment of icons inside a button is sometimes off

Some nitpicking here ;)

Describe the bug

Icons are not always vertically aligned in the middle of a button

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug Galaxy Version: 24.0.3.dev0 on usegalaxy.eu

Browser and Operating System Operating System: Linux Browser: Firefox and Chrome-based

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Workflows
2. Click on view workflow

Expected behavior I expected the icon to be vertically aligned

Also the play icons in the Workflows panel seem to not be 100% aligned:
