history item state and style sometimes get out of sync

the job is running, middle pane shows it correctly orange, but with wrong state blurb, the history panel shows the same dataset in wrong color and with wrong state blurb

Also for context I have seen this on Test and Main for quite a while now (although I can't say when it started, but it's at least a few releases).

Opening the developer console (where I have disable cache checked) did seem to cause the history panel item to update its color/icon to yellow/spinning, but both still showed "This job is waiting to run" as the status text.

Still happening for me - am I the only one?
