[WIP] Improvements to various grids

My WIP on a bunch of related things:

• Vue components for a Page list to match workflow list.
• The history invocations work that we decided need some more polish.
• Switch to backend search for jobs so we can do pagination - other abstractions aimed at enabling pagination also.
• Improved search APIs for jobs, a search API for pages.
• More reuse and more tests.

How to test the changes?
