`get-tool-list` revisions order changes and revision names would be nice

Hi,

I get the tools installed in usegalaxy.eu with get-tool-list and use it to install tools in our local instance. In this way, the tool_panel_section_label is taken from usegalaxy.eu and is nice for syncing tool across the eu site and our local instance.

• The order or tool revisions revisions: changes for each run of get-tool-list . An option to order it (e.g by latest to old) would be nice, but at-least if the order returned is the same each time this will make easy to track changes.
• It would be good if the version name (e.g 2.30.0 instead of a1a923cd89e8) is also returned.
