QC pipeline: Trim ends of reads

Add a trimming step to remove the first and last 5-10bp of each duplex consensus sequence.

Trimmomatic or FASTQ Trimmer are candidate trimmers for this.

Alternatively, use the MD tag to only filter out variants that occur in that region, not the sequence.
