Issues when used on a new cloud

Tried to add a new OpenStack cloud so going from a clean setup we encountered the following issues:

• [ ] Router did not have a gateway set
• [ ] If a deployment fails after an instance has been launched, the instance ID does not get stored and that eventually leads to "Deployment not found" health check, which further invalidates the ability to delete the instance from CloudLaunch
• [ ] This is not strictly an issue (if things work) but the option to download a newly created key pair will only be shown after an instance gets into RUNNING state and if that never happens, the user will not be able to retrieve the key
