Does anyone know how to open the music files?

I wanna edit the music in to game but I don't know what program to use. (.a files and other stuff) Do you know what programs I need to open these files? (And if you can, all the other files in the folder as well?) Thank you.

Unfortunately I could never find a program to edit the music. It uses a custom format which is setup by programming the SPC-700 chip. The music from the official SDK shows they used .GAK files. I believe most SMW hackers prefer to use that custom ASM extension that allows you to easily add MOD files or something like that, making music trivial.

TLDR: it's probably too difficult to figure it out, go with the custom music plugins on www.smwcentral.net
