Exchange: atomicity and storage transactions

As was mentioned during builder's review session - it would be probably beneficial to spend some effort and investigate use of storage transactions in the exchange pallet's algorithm.

We won't do this as part of the code review changes but will treat this as separate issue ( as this will probably need major refactor ).
