Adjust Keyboard Shortcuts

Function keys in OS X are assigned to non standard function keys by default (e.g. volume, skip track, etc). Need to work out some alternative keys that will work well in OS X, Windows and Linux distributions.

I'm open to suggestions, as I can't work out any standard keyboard shortcuts for equivalent functionality.

SPACE - Play/Pause toggle CMD-R, CTRL-R - Record Delete/Backspace - Spawn LEFT/RIGHT - Forward/Back a frame
