Introduce Include URLs options similar to Exclude URLs

Wanted to check with you with an Include URLs pattern It will be good to also have another option where we can provide comma separated list of domain/subdomain patterns which should route via proxy. This comma separated list will act as a whitelist of domains/subdomains rather than using exclude pattern to exclude all the URLs which should not be route via proxy.

Sure, I can see value in having ONLY_PROXY variable. I cannot find if there is an existing standard name. ONLY_PROXY sounds reasonable.
