Terraform plan/apply output window going up again and again🐛 : bug title

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Module'
  2. Click on 'run'
  3. Scroll down to view terraform plan output
  4. Output windows moves up again and again.
  5. When you go to view terraform plan output, it goes up again and we are not able to see the terraform plan again.

Expected behavior Before terraform apply we should the see output window to view the plan again.
