Error running sampleAnnotation - too few Drop_groups

hey all,

Having some issues running the sample annotation and I get the following errors: AttributeErrorin line 14 of /home/ch222985/drop_protocol/Snakefile: 'SampleAnnotation' object has no attribute 'sa' File "/home/ch222985/drop_protocol/Snakefile", line 14, in File "/home/ch222985/.conda/envs/drop_env/lib/python3.10/site-packages/drop/config/DropConfig.py", line 49, in init File "/home/ch222985/.conda/envs/drop_env/lib/python3.10/site-packages/drop/config/SampleAnnotation.py", line 29, in init File "/home/ch222985/.conda/envs/drop_env/lib/python3.10/site-packages/drop/config/SampleAnnotation.py", line 88, in createSampleFileMapping

Was wondering if anyone knows how to help out with these?

Hi, can you please let us know: which DROP version are you using which rule are you trying to execute which dataset are you using (the demo?)
