Excuse me, when you were doing the analysis of clipping outliers, leafcutter was used to export the results and then you adopted a function called clustergenemapping. Is this your definition? In addition, you have further corrected the results of leafcutterMD output. Maybe because of my limited ability, I did not understand what you meant. Should I correct each sample based on the same cluster?
