show missing include immediatelly

the current message when an include fails to find the the included template is cryptic, it should be immediately visible what went wrong

To reproduce add inclusion of non-existent template into any template

<% include '/WEB-INF/gtpl/includes/whatever.gtpl' %>

See the build failing with exception which doesn't explain anything.
