Suggestion: Add i18n?

Hi Dan. Love your articles. I was wondering if I could provide french translations for these articles. If you're ok, let me know how to proceed. I can make PRs and work on setting up i18n mechanism if need be, with some guidance. Or, I can set up another web site with the translations. Whichever approach you think is good, or any other suggestions are welcomed. Cheers, Pascal.

I suggest to let translation in the same repository to avoid mess ... but yes it could help developpers to understand better the concepts in their mother tongue. But English should remain the main language.
