How does dhcplb handle ip conflicts and concurrent DHCP servers?

I tried running dhcplb in server mode with the code on this repo and it crashes with a segfault. I'd have to go dig in my logs to share them....

@immauss Thank you! I'm using a simple config from here: https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/ I dont use lets encrypt since my openvas is not internet facing. I guess we can close this ticket...
