Feature/issue-272: Group exercises based on the muscles they target

Each exercise have now a muscle group defined, which it's displayed in each card.

Suggestions to improve:

• Exercise have more than a muscle group. The key 'muscleGroup' should be an array;
• Sort those muscle groups in primary and secondary in the exercise.
