Update to be Apple Silicon native

The OSA streamdeck plugin is one of the very last Intel binaries running on my M1 Pro Mac. Any chance this plugin can be updated to be Apple Silicon native? All of my other Streamdeck plugins run natively on Apple Silicon.

Hi, I actually have a problem with the OSA plugin since I updated to Ventura. It does not work anymore :( Do you know of an update yet? It seems to me no one is working on it anymore. I unfortunately do not have any competency in this.

I recompiled for Sonoma and Apple Silicon. Waiting on the PR #8
