Command with a trigger of '/wrangler' not found

Hello

We encounter some problem as explained at https://forum.mattermost.org/t/wrangler-plugin-not-working/12073 we have installed , enabled, configured plugin and trigger is not available. We have enable all features to be more laxist and prevent any restriction but nothing. Any idea to solve this ?

I can confirm this - I'm the original author of the forum message linked above by @camlafit .

The plugin is installed and running, according to the MM info page, but does not register the /wrangler slash command.

Wrangler plugin:

Wrangler (com.mattermost.wrangler - 0.7.0)

i tried to reinstall it via the webui with a fresh download, but when i upload it, i have this message: Failed to fetch :/

Mattermost Version: 5.36.1
Database Schema Version: 5.36.1
Database: postgre

same issue on another server:

Mattermost Version: 5.39.0
Database Schema Version: 5.39.0
Database: mysql

help needed please
