Still seeing ads after paying to remove

I believe I paid to remove ads, as the button to do so has disappeared from the main screen. However, I still see ads while playing the game.

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you please try to reinstall the application and restore your purchase, and check if ads get hidden correctly?

I've tried a couple of times now with no luck. The "Remove Ads" button flashes on the screen right after loading and then disappearing.

Are there any specific details I can offer you that would make this easier to debug? I'm using the Android version of the app.

I also have the Android app, and I don't believe I ever paid for ads to be removed, but I have the exact same experience: an "ad-free" button appears on the title screen only for a moment, then just disappears. I actually had to close and re-open the app several times in order to figure out what the button even says, because it disappears so quickly.

When playing the game, I see ads. Am I supposed to have the option to remove them?
