Adds support for NixOS

Description:

This pull request adds support for NixOS via Flake or NixOS configuration.nix. Updated README.md with instructions for installation and configuration.

Any feedback to improve the integration is appreciated. (tested and used in my configuration)

ps: it was necessary to update with Cargo ahash and clap to be able to do the build
