filter buttons exist for factories and mechas but not dyson spheres

There is code to support filtering by dyson spheres but it's disabled. I'll take a look at making it work and see what happens.

Ok, I took a look at this. There isn't a filter button for spheres because there's nothing to filter on. So I did a quick mockup of something we could add. Is there something else here we'd want to filter on for dyson spheres?
