Question about how you create the external job in Pipeline

Hello,

I am trying to follow the code to figure out how are you creating the "External" stage with the "Sonarqube" job add append it to the pipeline?

I believe the code is in the java-gitlab-api project but even in there I am having trouble finding the code that is called.

All any help would be great
