Madexcept and OTL

Hello, If you enable Madexcept's resource leaks tracking on the x64 build the assertions of TOmniBaseQueue.Initialize will raise.

Most likely Author has no access to the madExcept, so could you make fix and pull request?

What pull request ? I don't have a fix. Simple install latest MadExcept free and run any x64 project with Madexcept's resource leak checker on.
