After upgrading to OTL 3.07.8 from 3.05 there is an eror

We have recently upgraded our OTL from 3.05 to 3.07.8, and when we try to start our server we are getting the below error image

We are not able to start this server and not even stop or uninstall it, Can someone please check and give a fix for this issue. This issue is in our production environment

It looks like you have rebuilt some of your software with the new OTL, but not all of it.

We will try rebuilding the complete project and confirm the same at the earliest.
