Package name and CRAN submission!

First, I want to thank you for this fantastic package! It is impressive, straightforward, and easy to use. We suggested using it with our QBMS R package during the last BrAPI hackathon to boost the overall performance ;-) https://youtu.be/anaQB-ueEpE?t=1205

Unfortunately, we still cannot import it as a required package to assure that all QBMS users will get that speed-up benefit automatically because your async R package is not on CRAN yet!

Do you have a clear plan and roadmap for when that will happen in the future (adding this package to the CRAN repository)?

Please note that the async package name is already taken! Therefore, to minimize confusion and have a smooth migration in the future, I highly recommend changing your package name now. Well, rAsync is a good suggestion, but I will leave this decision to you.
