App view opens scrolled

I have to open the app, request permission and enable it quite often ( #38 ), and this makes it even worse, since I have to scroll up just to get to the switches.

its strange.. I knew about this problem and I added a hack - it should (and does for me) scroll up to the top everytime its opened...?! Is this still an issue with 2.8.0?
