Cursor positioning regression after PR #312

Description

femtovg's behaviour changed with 0.19.3, this broke our cursor positioning. A quick fix was applied with 43a4ee04f21d1532f6e4b20277faa04623e75700. The cursor is a bit too high now and doesn't include descent. It should.

This is likely just the offset calculation, the height itself should be ok.
