Is it possible to add blur effect to Home Assistant's header?

I'm currently using regular transparency for Home Assistant's header. However, I can't add much transparency without making it look bad. Is there any way to add a blur effect to the header? If so, could someone please show me how to do this using card-mod in my theme? BTW: I have already added blur background to all popups in Home Assistant.
