Hello,
thanks for providing the chart for paperless :) I do backups by doing exports and backing those up - maybe it’d make sense to add the possibility to spawn a sidecar that periodically does that?

kubectl exec works, but isn’t exactly a best practice

@Cogitri I believe this will be doable soon. The library chart that I use will be releasing an update soon which will add support for multiple controllers. This isn't live yet, and unfortunately will contain some breaking changes, but it should let you do what you need! I'll leave this open and add another comment when the update is available!
Sorry, upgrading to v2 of the common chart has been a pretty slow process since values.yaml has a lot of breaking changes 🙁 At this point I'm sort of glad that I didn't upgrade since v3 was recently released. I'll prioritize updating Paperless-ngx so I'm not blocking you anymore!
Thanks for the answer and the fantastic work with the charts. Don't stress about it. I am currently helping myself out with an Ansible script to realize the desired tasks.
