[Bug] Clicked-on link altered the URL to be invalid

I made a comment including this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Procter_%26_Gamble_brands

The link appears correctly in the comment text, but when clicked on it opens this invalid URL instead: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Procter_%2526_Gamble_brands

It looks like Dissenter added "25" after the "%" sign in the URL, making the link invalid.

I was on the Dissenter webpage, but if you need to know, I'm using Brave Browser with Dissenter extension v0.1.9.
