Over past 3 days, download of dissenter-browser-v0.68.131.dmg FAILS on every attempt (12 failed attempts to download) at url : https://apps.gab.com/application/5d3f93a29dd49a5b1d9fc27f/resource/5d8287329001ac55509c6aa0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://apps.gab.com/application/5d3f93a29dd49a5b1d9fc27f/resource/5d8287329001ac55509c6aa0
2. Download fails
3. Clicking on Red icon (top right-hand corner) on drop-down menu item "Dissenter Out of Date" results in error message, i.e. "Can't Update Dissenter" "Dissenter couldn't update to the latest version, so you're missing out on new features and security fixes.". I then attempt to download newest version again
