Support of some newer drcov versions

Hello!

Currently Lighthouse doesn't support drcov files generated by some versions of DynamoRIO (e.g. 8.0.18897). Meanwhile older version 8.0.18796 is supported. It is caused presumably by change in BB representation in BB table. This PR is aimed to fix this. However, support of some old DR versions (including 8.0.18796) will be disabled - see comment in drcov.py.
