Delete stale branches in schemas

If you're listed above, you were the last person to update one or more stale branches. Please consider deleting these branches now.

The following is a proposal.

Three cases:

• Merged branches with no commits ahead of master: These will be deleted by April 19 unless you reply to this issue. Branches: refAllele, 0.2-patches, refVar-linear, and revert-472-reads-avdl.
• Unmerged branches with no commits ahead of master: These will be deleted by April 19 unless you reply to this issue. Branches: matchmaker, ga4gh-release-0.6.0
• Unmerged branches with commits ahead of master: Please consider moving this development to a personal repo per pull request general rules section in CONTRIBUTING.rst. Branches: annotations, refVar-graph-unary, revert-474-revert-472-reads-avdl, beacon
