Fix ContentsObject and DrsObject column width scaling in the openapi doc

The description column of the ContentsObject and DrsObject definitions in the openapi doc do not scale well. As a result, part of the description text is sometimes overlaid by the righthand definitions column. Seen on Chrome 101.0.4951.64 when the window is about 12" wide. Not seeing this on Firefox 100.0.2.
