Some values are return in exponent notation

I'm having a weird situation where the value return for a cell with the string value 0.07 will return: 7.0000000000000007E-2

What's really strange is that in an Excel file that's generated in a batch only 2 cells have this issue everything else return the proper string. I checked the cell format and it's the same everywhere...
