Unkillable service + double keypress + EV button + Hungarian language support

On my Hyundai Ioniq (on version 210111) sometimes long pressing buttons stopped working. I think the OOM killer just killed the service. I've modified the service to restart itself after it was destroyed. Now it seems to be stable.

I also have made it possible to map double keypresses as well. So you can have double keypress and long keypress on the same button. Also made it possible to map EV button, but only double press works. It now works by delaying original button event by 300ms.

I made a Hungarian translation as well.
