Fonts are blurry displayed on macbook pro retina screen

Thanks @graywhale, I'm not sure what could be causing this. I know that fonts often get blurry in G3N if the text is not perfectly pixel-aligned, but that's probably not the issue here. Unfortunately I don't own a mac and can't test/debug this.
