Can't connect to MS-50G

I have tried the online version (newest Chrome) and also the offline version on my windows 11 computer, but both programs never recognize my MS-50G which is connected via USB. Is there anything I can do to track down the problem? Or does it not work on Windows 11 at all and this is already known?
