flutter_app_badger Not working on android devices of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S10?

I have tried multi with you demo app of flutter_app_badger: ^1.1.2? It is working, but no any badger. 2021-05-11_222844

It's not a problem with the plugin, rather it's a problem with Samsung. Samsung handles app badge differently, it's based on the number of notifications that the user received. Your best shot for setting a notification badge on a Samsung device would be to try sending a "badge" part in the notification payload, but I am not sure if that would work either. Samsung users should be aware of the way their system handles app badge, best you can do is find a way to let them know what's going on and what to expect. Hopefully Samsung and other Android phone manufacturers will implement this feature in the future.
