pihpsdr with RTL-SDR

Hi, is the RTL-SDR working well with this last version? I installed librtlsdr + SoapyRTLSDR and pihpsdr discover the device but the audio is very bad or not at all, on a low sample rate the audio is better but still distorted.

I tried with plutosdr and it works very well on RX. RTL-SDR is working very well with quisk that also use Soapy, so the reason I'm asking if is working or it can be some fault from my setup ...
