timezone is not affecting formated input display if non-moment passed to model

I may be mistaken surely, but I don't see why can it be intended, i'm passing timestamp as model for dateTime directive, and here https://github.com/g00fy-/angular-datepicker/blob/master/dist/angular-datepicker.js#L35 in the case of passing non-moment - timezone is not included in formattings which yields unexpected display of date in input.
