Add new set of providers for country: Algeria (ar_DZ)

First of all, i'd like to thank you, Mr @fzaninotto for this awesome library.

I Added new country to providers: Algeria (Arabic) under the folder ar_DZ

New providers include:

• Addres.php
• Color.php
• Company.php
• Internet.php
• Payment.php
• Person.php
• PhoneNumber.php
• Text.php

in addition, the changes include tests for each one of the providers listed above.
