some missing files

Dear Fisher Yu,

Thanks for sharing the code. I have downloaded the code and tried to compile it. However there are some missing files. I have found some of them, e.g. R2Shapes.h from GAPS software library. Yet there are still some I can not find, e.g. furry/algorithm/kdtree.h. Could you please upload these files or give some addresses where I can find them? Thanks again.

@connectedhealthcaremy I tried to compile the code on a virtual machine and I didn't find the dependence on vcglibrary. I think some code written by @fyu are missed.
