Some of HTTPX results will become "Encountered a bad command exit code"

So, I'm checking 300k hostnames, I split the file to 50k files as another friend suggested to avoid shadowclone to get stuck. However, some of the results that return will be "already printed"

Server, 8 vCPUs , 16 GB ram , Bandwidth 1.6 Gbps

Why this is happening and how to avoid it?
