front cam streaming is not working

hi everyone i have tried streaming with front cam but it not working Could you please suggest me what can i do ..

and i have one more question

Is 16*9 streaming possible by this library ? i have tried this thing but always i have got stream black from both corners. Please help me out these problems .. Thanks
