new Firmware Lenovo Foxconn X55

There is a new firmware version for Foxconn X55 wwan card available. Lenovo built it into the driver package v59.

actual available is T99W175.F0.1.0.0.0.9.TF.008.79 new is T99W175.F0.1.0.0.9.GC.004.096

See this https://forums.lenovo.com/topic/findpost/27/5290811/6315739 to load new firmware. This is more stable than older version, but not perfect.
