Dell XPS 15 9560 Thunderbolt Controller firmware out of date

There appear to be Dell XPS 15 9560's in the wild with newer Thunderbolt controller firmware than the version in LVFS.

A user was spotted with version 26.01:

LVFS currently has version 21.00:

FWIW that issue reported sounds like a bug in the frontend to be offering an upgrade to a downgrade.

That issue in firmware-manager has been fixed for three weeks, so it no longer attempts to downgrade if the firmware is not yet available on LVFS.
