Wyse 5070 missing BIOS update 1.27.0

Looks like the latest update (released 12/12) to the Wyse 5070 BIOS didn't make it to LVFS.

The 1.27.0 BIOS seems to be in fwupd.org now. But it's been superseded by 1.28.0 https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=dpfjj&oscode=thn80&productcode=wyse-5070-thin-client
